What to Expect
Each experience at Align Family, Pediatric &Pregnancy will be different because Dr. Curtin tailors each treatment to the individual patient's needs, however the following is generally what to expect.
Your First Visit
On your first visit to the office, your detailed history will be discussed with Dr. Curtin. During this initial consultation, the doctor will review your goals for care and how our office will be a guide for you to meet the goals. Initial tests and assessments will include a chiropractic and orthopedic evaluation, posture exam and may include referral for x-rays if clinically indicated.
Detecting nervous system interference and evaluating the health of your spine is of top priority. Evaluating if your case will benefit from chiropractic care is essential.
Your first visit will usually last about 20-30 minutes.
Report of Findings
Dr. Curtin believes that knowing what is going on with your body and learning how chiropractic affects your body is very beneficial to achieving better results. That being said, your individualized report of findings will summarize the results of your initial exam and provide a time for any questions you might have.
Follow up Visits
After your first visit, Dr. Curtin will develop a treatment plan that is customized to your condition. The visit frequency varies depending on each individual person, however in most cases treatment will start off a few times a week and then taper off gradually as your condition improves.
Future visits typically last approximately 10 minutes. We realize that your time is valuable and we work efficiently to give you the care you need and get you back to your busy life.

Payment is due at the time of service. Align Chiropractic strives to be affordable for everyone, so family cash plans are available.
